We’re excited to invite you to an interactive session on YouTube for Education on Oct 22/23, 2013 at the Google office in Gurgaon. If you create educational videos, think videos are an effective method of learning or want to share your videos with the world - then this session is meant for you! From teachers, to students, from educational video creators to animators, from individuals to companies - anyone who has the zeal to teach and the desire to learn how to do it on YouTube is welcome.
YouTube is slowly but steadily becoming a hub for online video based learning with an ever growing base of high quality educational videos ranging from children’s rhymes to Higher Education. YouTube partners from across the globe like Crash Course, Khan Academy, HooplaKidz Mocomi Kids, Scishow and many more are making learning fun and interactive for their audiences. This is your turn to join the ‘EduTubers’ who are redefining how we learn on YouTube.
The session will cover everything around the YouTube Partner Program including policy, basic copyright principles, monetization and getting started with your own channel on YouTube.
